Tonight I donned a pair of XXL sweatpants with a glittery, bedazzled, blue velvet leopard print applique, some glittery blue zebra print nail decals, a gold foiled Kid Rock Made in Detroit t-shirt that I had attacked with a pair of scissors, a hot pink Ed Hardy lunchbox, cowboy boots, a pile of bronzer, frosty lip gloss and a handful of temporary tattoos for my friend Ben’s Ed Hardy “Pardy.” It was a blast. Now I’m at home watching Tattoo The World on Netflix. Cheers to the freakin weekend.
Astonishingly accurate career advice. Wish I hadn’t had to learn all of this firsthand.
Madi Diaz’s new record is $5 at Amazon this month, and it’s well worth it. I haven’t listened to anything else in the past week.
Pretty excited to run this on the 18th. $15 registration includes a Yazoo hoodie and a frosty post-run beverage!
It’s been a rough week. I think it’s about to get rougher, but I can control my reaction to the roughness (and when that fails, my friends are ready to scale a wall, drink margaritas, then leave me alone with my trashy tv). And there is always a new day around the corner.

Fantastically bizarro.
